Vicky Kennickell is a Savannah native and graduated from Calvary Day School. Originally interested in a career involving medicine, she received her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia. It didn’t take long for Vicky to realize, however, that her passion was collaborating, forming partnerships with others, and helping people achieve their dreams -- all of which she initially found in the construction industry. As a construction manager for a local company for several years, Vicky became familiar with the day-to-day demands of running a business, developed her acuity in the business field, and had the opportunity to flex her planning and organizational prowess.

Vicky’s strong social skills, business acumen, and relationship-building expertise have recently led her to join DAI Commercial, where she takes on various roles including property management, administrative tasks, and brokerage. Having deep roots in Savannah, Vicky has developed and curated an extensive network and has expansive knowledge of this city she loves. Coupled with her background in construction and management, she offers a clear advantage when working with both newcomers to the market and clients familiar with the terrain.

Outside of her professional life, Vicky is a mother to three wonderful children and enjoys being outdoors. She is a passionate animal lover (especially horses and dogs!) and has an affinity for wildlife conservation and rescue.
