Omega Construction’s Georgia Division recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony for its latest project, a new 2-story office building located at 110 Park of Commerce Drive off Chatham Parkway. The 28,000 square foot Class-A building houses the corporate offices of DAI Commercial, Broughton Partners, and Omega Construction’s Georgia Division. The building includes additional tenant space which is being managed by DAI Commercial. “It is a very exciting time for our company, especially for our Georgia team with the opening of our new Class-A office in Savannah,” said Vice President of Omega’s Georgia Division Todd Mayo. “We couldn’t have picked two better partners in DAI Commercial and Broughton Partners to bring this dream to reality. Our team couldn’t be prouder of what we have built and I am grateful to my entire staff for their hard work and commitment.” Additional project partners for the new office building included Studio Plaid, Coleman Company, First Citizens Bank and Method Engineering.
