Over the last 40 years, DAI has developed high-end, professional office properties across the coastal Southeast region - developing much of west Chatham County as it stands today. While diverse in geography and design, each project was given the same meticulous attention to detail and care in quality of build.

Pooler Park of Commerce, a 68-acre office park located on Pooler Parkway within Godley Station, a 5,800-acre master-planned development just west of Savannah, which has been the center of Chatham County’s growth for 20+ years.
Towne Lake Park of Commerce, a 40,000 sq. ft. planned professional and medical office space community that includes Towne Lake Dental Group and is adjacent to the Oaks in Pooler, a 90-bed assisted living community (also developed by DAI).

110 Park of Commerce, a 28,000 sq ft Class A office Complex in Savannah, GA. This new building is home to the DAI Office as well Omega Construction and Broughton Partners and is the 3rd office building that DAI has added to the ever expanding area.

DAI AB Plaza, a 14,000 sq ft Class A office building located in Savannah and consists of offices, an elevator, conference rooms, 4 restrooms, breakroom with kitchen and an open space work area.
