Maxwell Erickson

Maxwell Erickson (Max) is a project manager and designer for new developments at DAI Commercial. He uses his background in architecture to collaborate with DAI’s consultants and contractors, aiming to maximize value through thoughtful design while creating projects that resonate with their communities. Max draws on his experience across multiple markets—Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and Miami—bringing industry best practices to Savannah.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami and a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California. Previously, he worked as an architect at Hart Howerton, where he was involved in all stages of the design and construction process for residential and hospitality projects across the United States.

Max enjoys drawing, painting, traveling, trying new foods, and shopping for antiques in his spare time.
