Katie Chancy is the managing broker at DAI Commercial Realty, a role she has served for over 15 years. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the company's brokerage and works with the DAI team to ensure that our clients are receiving the highest level of service.  In this role, she ensures clients are kept current with trends in today’s market and handles sales, leasing, negotiations, contracts, etc.  She has also been a CoStar Power Broker for multiple years, credited with handling the some of highest volume of retail and office leasing transactions in the region.

A Savannah native, Katie graduated from Mercer University in 2003 with a B.A. in Marketing. She began her professional career with the marketing department at Flag Bank in Atlanta before moving back to Savannah and working with First Chatham Bank.

Katie is heavily involved in various civic and community organizations. She is currently a board member of Realtor Commercial Alliance – Savannah and serves on the board of PACK – (People of Action Caring for Kids.)  Katie previously served as the Chair of the SAFE Shelter for Domestic Violence board and was a member of the Hancock Day School Board of Trustees. Katie and her family are members of Skidaway Island Methodist Church, where they are actively involved in missions and youth ministry.
