Katie Chancy is Broker in Charge at DAI Commercial Realty where she has served over 15 years overseeing the day-to-day operations of DAI’s Property Management division and growing the company’s real estate portfolio. In addition, Katie is the lead commercial broker and leasing agent for a range of independent investors and clients. In this role, she ensures clients are kept current with trends in today’s market and handles all negotiations, contracts and related agreements.

 

A Savannah native, Katie graduated from Mercer University in 2003 with a B.A. in Marketing. She began her professional career with the marketing department at Flag Bank in Atlanta prior to moving back to Savannah and working with First Chatham Bank.

 

Katie is heavily involved in various civic and community organizations. She is currently a member of the Realtor Commercial Alliance and also serves on the boards of SAFE Shelter Center for Domestic Violence Services and the Hancock Day School Board of Trustees. She is a member of Isle of Hope Methodist Church where she previously served as the Missions Chair for the Women’s Group and is also a member of the 1804 Club benefiting St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital.
